Thursday, June 23rd: Reception Party & Opening Ceremony
- Welcome at the UBC
- Accommodation, Check-in at Gage Towers Conferences & Accommodation at University of British Columbia
- Registration at Art Gallery of Student Union Building SUB: Singers-Badge, Non-Singers-Badge, Name Tag with Registration Bag, 2011 Souvenir & Program Book, Individual Tickets, Yodel Courses Registration, Registration for five different Non-Singer-Badge holders Programs on Friday
- Reception Party with Opening Ceremony: Non-Host Bars, Buffet Dinner, Dance to three Bands, Cabarets, Entertainment
- Information Center at SUB during all four days with Center and Lost & Found
Friday, June 24th: Grand Concert of the USSSPC Mass Chorus at the Chan Center
- Breakfast for Singers & Non-Singers at Student Union Building (complementary for Guests at UBC Accommodation)
- Non-Singer-Badge holders: Five different guided activities to chose from 10am-5pm
- Morning Rehearsals at Chan Center UBC compulsory for all participating Choirs, Soloists, Instrumentalists, Flag Bearers
- Singers Luncheon for Singers-Badge holders only at Ballroom of SUB
- Afternoon Rehearsals at Chan Center UBC compulsory for all participating Choirs, Soloists, Instrumentalists, Flag Bearers
- Grand Concert of 250 members Mass Chorus of the United Swiss Singing Societies of the Pacific Coast at Chan Center: 8pm.
Saturday, June 25: Folksfest in the Ballrooms & Courtyard of the Student Union Buildings 
- Breakfast for Singers & Non-Singers at the Student Union Building (complementary for Guests at UBC Accommodation)
- Folksfest all day and night in the Ballrooms and Courtyard of SUB starts at 10am: Performances of Jodelklub Niederurnen from Switzerland, Mixed choirs, Ladies choir, Men choirs, Solo-Yodelers, Alphorns and Kim's Modi Schwyzeroergeli Quintet from Korea
- Folksfest continues all afternoon incl. Children's Program
- Dinner and Dance at the Ballrooms and Courtyard of the Student Union Building
Sunday, June 26: Banquet with Closing Ceremony
- Presidents Breakfast at the Student Union Building, UBC
- USSSPC Delegates Meeting at Council Chamber, SUB, UBC
- Jodel Messe from Jost Marty/Yodeling Mass performed by Jodelklub Niederurnen from Switzerland in Auditorium of SUB, UBC at 10am (entrance by donation)
- Banquet and Closing Ceremony inBallrooms & Courtyard of the SUB, UB: 11:30am-2:30pm
- Speech by National MP Esther Egger
- Declaring of the "Saengervater"
- Passing of the USSSPC Flag to the Host of 28th Sängerfest 2014
